Tourist Visas: Tourist visas are often issued for 30 days and can be extended for an additional 30 days. Some longer-term tourist visas may also be available for specific categories of travelers.

Transit Visas: Transit visas are short-term visas that allow travelers to stay in Dubai for a brief period while in transit. They are typically valid for 96 hours (4 days) and are intended for individuals traveling through Dubai to their final destination.
1. Business Setup:
Establish a business entity in Dubai, either as a sole proprietorship, partnership, or a company. The most common types are Limited Liability Company (LLC) or Free Zone Company.
Choose the business activity and the appropriate legal structure based on your requirements and the nature of your business.
2. Capital Requirements:
Ensure compliance with the minimum capital requirements set by the Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) or the relevant free zone authority. The specific amount may vary depending on the business type and location.
3. Trade Name and Approval:
Choose a unique and permissible trade name for your business.
Obtain approval for the trade name from the DED or the relevant free zone authority.
4. Memorandum of Association (MOA):
Draft and sign the Memorandum of Association (MOA) outlining the details of the business structure, partners, and activities.
5. Licensing:
Obtain the necessary business licenses from the DED or the respective free zone authority.
6. Investor or Partner Visa Application:
Submit the application for an investor or partner visa to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai.
Provide required documents, including passport copies, visa application form, business license, MOA, and proof of investment or partnership.
7. Approval and Entry Permit:
Await approval from the GDRFA.
Once approved, obtain an entry permit to enter Dubai.
8. Medical Fitness Test:
Undergo a medical fitness test at an approved health center in Dubai.
9. Emirates ID Registration:
Obtain an Emirates ID card, a mandatory identification document for residents in the UAE.
10. Visa Stamping:
Visit the GDRFA or the visa stamping center to get the investor or partner visa stamped in your passport.
The cost of the residence visa depends on its form. It usually ranges from 1100 – 7500 AED.
